Chaste Tree is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to decrease symptoms of premenstrual tension in females, relieve mid -cycle menstrual pain and support healthy reproductive hormones. Withania is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to decrease symptoms of stress and relieve symptoms of mild anxiety. St Mary Thistle is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support natural liver cleansing and detoxification processes. Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and reduce symptoms of stress. Magnesium supports energy production, reduces menstrual cramps and decreases irritability associated with premenstrual tension.

Chaste Tree (1500mg OR 1.5g): Vitex balances hormones, helping to reduce the emotional symptoms of PMS such as irritability, moodiness and physical symptoms such as changing appetite levels, premenstrual acne, tender breasts and low mood.

Peony (2000mg OR 2g): This beautiful herb is effective for painful, irregular and heavy periods.
